We aren't here to offer you an easy button, but we are here to offer real hope. We provide the foundational science, the deep color theory, and the ongoing guidance you need to stop guessing and start predicting your outcomes. You don't have to figure it out alone anymore.
Most color education simply teaches you how to use their specific product brand. Our education is 100% product-neutral and focused on helping you learn the whole story, not just pieces of it.
We teach you the universal hair color chemistry and color mixing theory that dictates how color and the hair fiber interact, regardless of what color tube you're using. We help you move beyond basic brand instructions so you can build real-world, problem-solving skills that work in any salon setting with any color line.

We cover everything from understanding the hair fiber and underlying pigments all the way to more advanced color theory, lift behavior, and troubleshooting common formulation issues.
But we don't just cover theory. Our format includes a mix of theory, live demonstrations, and interactive activities. They're all taught with high-impact visuals so you can actually SEE the theory come to life, whether you're in one of our in-depth live Zoom classes or taking one of the on-demand classes.
We break complex science down into simple, visual steps. You'll see the theory in action and walk away with practical, hands-on activities that you can take immediate action on to start building the skills you need.
There are really two answers to this: how long each class takes, and how long it takes to feel super solid at the end of the CWC pathway. Individual classes range from about 1 to 5 hours, and our in depth courses are about 7 hours worth of content and education broken down into 2 days.
But remember, the classes are really just the beginning. That part is all about Understanding.
How long it takes to get through the pathway depends on where you're starting from right now, and how much energy you dedicate to the process. The real magic happens when you get into guided practice, the Application Phase, and actually start doing the work.
Each class has hands-on activities to help you build up your skills. The quicker you dive in, the faster you'll grow! And the best part? You don't have to wait until the end to feel proud. You'll hit amazing "aha!" moments, with big and small wins all along the pathway.
We intentionally use a limited-license structure, ranging from 30 to 270 days depending on the class, rather than "lifetime" access. First, this allows us to keep the cost of our high-quality education affordable. Second, it's a built-in accountability measure.
These classes don't do you any good just sitting in your inbox! The quicker you get to taking action (whether it's messy action or clear action, it doesn't matter), the sooner you act, the sooner your clarity will come.
For our in-depth classes that have shorter access times, we've replaced extended video access with something much better: the CWC Support Community. You get real-time guidance and help, so you never have to feel like you're traveling through change alone. After class day, you'll join an ongoing community of stylists who share the same principled color theory and hair color chemistry language, learning and troubleshooting together using all different color lines.
This is definitely a sensitive subject. A lot of you tell us you HAVE tried learning this before. You've taken the brand classes, you've watched the tutorials, you've tried learning on your own, and you're still feeling stuck.

Cosmetology school simply doesn't have the time, and brands are busy teaching you how to use their specific products. Absolutely! Individual enrollments are for a single stylist, but we love training teams.
If you have a group of 10 or more, you can host a private in depth class and get discounted rates on our on demand bundles.
If you have a minimum of 3 stylists joining the same class or on demand bundle, we offer discounted rates for that as well, and they can all join in on an in depth class together.
To get started, we have a Salon Education Interest Form you can fill out. This gives us as much information about the team as possible so we can advise on the absolute best next step for the group!
